PROGRAM AND MENU:
SATURDAY - Ibiza
Boarding is from 8pm onwards at the dock of the San Remo hotel, in Saint Antoni de Portmany, Cala de bou, Ibiza island easily reachable by bus and taxi from the airport.
Once on board, we settle in, have an aperitif and a quick briefing on how to use the bathrooms.
DINNER: Paella de Pescado in front of one of the most suggestive sunsets on the island and off to sleep.
SUNDAY - Ibiza
MIMITIca breakfast; that is, crepes or pancakes or omelettes prepared on the spot, biscuits, jam, jams made on the boat, honey, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, tea, coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, natural yogurt made on the boat, seasonal fruit.
By about 10 am, general and safety briefing, after which we set off sailing. Leaving the bay of San Antony after an hour of calm
navigation, we stop at anchor at Cala Comte.
LUNCH: Pasta with Clams. In the afternoon, set sail for Cala Tarida, which can be reached in an hour, where we will stop for the night.
DINNER: Grilled fish at sunset, Grilled vegetables,
MONDAY – Ibiza
MIMITIca Breakfast; With a short navigation of 1 or 2 hours we stop at anchor under the suggestive cliffs of the island of Es Vedra.
LUNCH: Jamon Iberico Reserva hand-cut, local cheeses with honey, walnuts and onion jam made on the boat, Italian bruschetta and avocado bruschetta, mixed salad. Then we sail towards Sa Caleta or es Cubells.
DINNER: Grilled meat, Cerdo Iberico (Spanish breed pork), grilled vegetables, Papas Arrugata (new potatoes cooked in sea water, (typical Canarian recipe)
TUESDAY – Formentera
MIMITIca breakfast; we leave for Formentera reaching the bay of Cala Saona where we will spend the night.
LUNCH: Pasta with Sardines (fish) ;-) local cheeses and cured meats.
DINNER: Thai Shrimp Soup with vegetables, served with basmati rice.
WEDNESDAY – Formentera
MIMITic breakfast;
Departure early in the morning, we sail for an hour to moor in front of the small port of La Savina where we will disembark for the Day on Land, here it is possible
rent any vehicle, scooter, motorbike, car, bicycle, e-bike and set off to discover the interior
of the island, visit the natural parks of the salt flats, the suggestive Pilar de la Mola, or the historic centre of the island's capital San Francesc de Xavier
LUNCH ON LAND. (meals and drinks consumed on land are NOT included in the fee)
DINNER: Arroz Negro, (it's black paella! With cuttlefish, octopus and cuttlefish ink)
THURSDAY – Formentera
We will disembark along the Caribbean beaches of Formentera,
LUNCH Picnic on the beach! Rice salad, A Ses Illetes od Espalmador
In the afternoon we set off again towards Ibiza in the direction of Sa Caleta or Es Cubells
DINNER: grilled meat, pork ribs pre-cooked in beer, chorizo, luganega, cistorra, bacon, mixed salad
FRIDAY – Ibiza
MIMITic breakfast;
In the morning we take advantage of the bay and in the afternoon we set sail for
The island of Espartar, or La Conellera where we will have lunch,
LUNCH: Ham and melon, bruschetta with guacamole, fake guacamole, tomato, goat cheese, etc....
In the afternoon, short navigation to San Antony.
DINNER: Fish Soup
SATURDAY – Ibiza
