Adventure offered by Mario Giovanbattista

A mini-cruise by boat will take you away from the chaos and routine, visiting the beautiful islands of Ischia, Procida, and Ventotene.
A holiday dedicated to the outdoors and contact with nature, history, traditions, and good food.
For this holiday, in fact, I'm proposing a mini cruise of the three islands to give guests the chance to visit the various villages of the Phlegraean Islands and discover new wonders every day, without having to travel by bus or taxi, given the islands' size.
We'll stop in bays with crystal-clear waters, and you'll be able to disembark at various locations and stroll along the charming streets lined with traditional shops, bars, and restaurants, or visit places of cultural interest, such as the Maritime Museum and the splendid Aragonese Castle in Ischia Ponte.
We'll sail around Ischia from the south, reaching Maronti Bay and the quaint village of Sant'Angelo, where wellness enthusiasts can relax in the saunas and natural thermal pools right on the seashore, or simply enjoy the beaches and the island's tranquil springtime atmosphere.
Upon request, you can immerse yourself in Ischia's natural beauty by trekking along pristine trails, accompanied by an expert guide.
We will sail towards Ventotene, pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, today a marine and ornithological reserve.
Finally we will visit the island of "Arturo", Procida, so called in Elsa Morante's novel.
We will stop in the enchanting Corricella bay, immortalized in Massimo Troisi's masterpiece, Il Postino.
Upon boarding, a welcome aperitif and briefing, after which the holiday begins.

  • Plan
We set sail on Friday from Ischia Port to sail around the island, passing along the southern coast, enjoying the splendid sea view of the Aragonese Castle, before reaching Maronti Bay and the charming and characteristic village of Sant'Angelo. Here you can relax in the saunas and thermal pools or simply enjoy the spring beach.
We will spend the night at anchor and you can visit the village of Sant'Angelo, another locality on the island. Here too you can take walks along pretty, lively streets.
On Saturday morning, we leave the port and, driven by the spring breeze, reach Ventotene, which welcomes us with its mild and colorful spring atmosphere.
On Sunday, we'll sail back to Ischia. We'll visit the town of Forio.
Monday Departure from Ischia Forio by 9:00 am and we'll sail towards Procida to moor in the enchanting bay of Corricella. Here too, you can choose between lunch on board or one of the various restaurants on land.
Return to the base in Ischia Porto at 4:00 pm.

Booking a double cabin for single use is subject to a 75% surcharge.

Other information
All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (italian)

Check in Thursday 17th at 18:00
Check out Monday. 21 at 18:00

The port of Ischia is easily reachable from the Port of Naples by ferry with departures from Calata Porta di Massa or by hydrofoil from Molo Beverello as well as from the port of Pozzuoli. Both places are served by guarded parking lots.

The arrival at the port of Ischia is a five minute walk from the boat moored at the Porto Salvo marina.

For luggage, we recommend soft bags or backpacks, boat shoes and/or rubber boots with white soles to use on board, wind jackets such as waxed jackets and hats, sweatshirts or wool sweaters. We also recommend beachwear and a bathrobe for those who want to go to the spas. Near the marina, you can find supermarkets, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops for every need.
On request, a shopping delivery service and stowage of the galley on board is possible.

Here are some necessary things to buy:
toilet paper, kitchen rolls, eco dish soap.
Plastic tableware is not recommended.
The galley is at your discretion based on your eating habits.
In case of bad weather, the itineraries may be subject to change. In this case, alternative itineraries will be proposed to be managed in complete safety, finding refuge in bays and ports sheltered from the winds. If the weather conditions are particularly adverse, a stopover at our base will be guaranteed.
Upon arrival, during the briefing, the navigation program and the activities that you want to do will be planned. Guests can decide to do extra activities, by mutual agreement, such as booking Easter lunch at spa or agritourism accommodation facilities, or booking trekking, accompanied by a local nature guide, or visiting the places of greatest attraction.
On request, possibility of boarding at Naples Mergellina.

A fantastic experience. The sound of the wind piercing the silence while sailing, the sunrise, the sunset, and the magical island landscapes seen from the sea remain etched in the memory. All this topped off by the expertise and professionalism of Mario, a master of navigation and life. Enrico.

Absolutely amazing trip! We had good time listening to the sounds of life in the sea, and the lecture from a marine biologist was also engaging, interesting, and fun. Searching for dolphin and whales was nice! The boat is good and Mario is a very competent sailor with a wide knowledge on history and local attractions.
