Morgan Cup 2025

This year’s Morgan Cup race will again finish in the beautiful harbour of Dartmouth and, so as not to reproduce another ‘Myth of Malham’ race course, some virtual waypoints will likely be used to provide some variety and different tactical challenges. One of the jewels in the crown among West Country harbours, Dartmouth, plus Kingswear opposite, and the always welcoming Royal Dart Yacht Club make this a popular sailing destination.

This is an adventurous sailing trip, on an offshore race prepared yacht – so be prepared for some fast and exciting sailing…

• 7th June 2025: Morgan Cup 2025
We’ll assemble in Port Hamble Marina to prepare for departure.
The race will start to the east on Saturday 7th of June and will finish at the historic town of Dartmouth in Devon.

• 8th June 2025: Departure for Dartmouth
We’ll depart in the afternoon of Sunday with a view to being back in Hamble by Monday evening. Please note that accommodation onboard once we’re all present can be quite tight.

• 9th June 2025: Arrival back in Hamble
Depending on the course chosen and the weather we expect to arrive in Hamble in the evening. We hope to have a quick meal together before those who are on a time limit head back home.
