Germaine was not the skipper on this trip. The man who did this job had no interest in teaching anyone anything and I practically feel like I've paid to work. I didn't expect to drink daiquiris on board all day - I like doing watchkeeping - but it's ridiculous to hire a person who doesn't know how to teach and doesn't want to.

As an RYA Instructor Germaine enjoys passing on his experience to others and finding ways of sharing his passion for this sport with as many people as possible.
