Ocean crossing from Tenerife to Denia

An "full-fledged" adventure.

First stage of the trip:
An ocean voyage sailing from the island of Tenerife to Madeira Island, where we will rest one night in Funchal, after which we will head to the Iberian Peninsula in a navigation of almost 4 days offshore.

Second stage of the trip:
We will coast along the Gulf of Cadiz, stopping in some port of the Algarve or Cadiz according to maritime conditions and, after crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, we will sail along the Mediterranean coast to the port of Denia.

Plan

TRAVELING TENERIFE-DENIA APRIL 19-28 2020
DAY 1:
Arrival and crew meeting at the Marina Denia San Miguel.
Talk about navigation and all the safety guidelines for the crossing, and we set sail north to Madeira Island (approx. 300 miles)
Day 2:
Sailing on the high seas through an area where whales, cetaceans and turtles are very likely to be sighted. We will pass a few miles from the Wild Islands, a marine-land reserve belonging to Portugal.
Day 3:
Arrival at the port of Funchal on the island of Madeira.
We will spend the day visiting the beautiful Portuguese colonial capital, refueling and that same night, after dinner, we will sail to Porto Santo, another island of the Madeira archipelago.
Days 4, 5 and 6:
We continue sailing on the high seas leaving behind the island of Porto Santo and heading to the Cape of San Vicente in Portugal, where we will seek rest in some port of the Algarve or, if La Mar is more conducive to continue sailing, we will reach the port of Cadiz in The sixth day during the night.
Day 7:
After the rest in the port, we will go to the Strait of Gibraltar, paying the entire coast of Cadiz and crossing the Strait if the maritime part is favorable. We will dock at the port of La Linea (from which there is the possibility of landing). If the maritime part is not favorable, we will wait for the port of Barbate to improve.
Days 8 and 9:
We are already sailing in the Mediterranean and we will go along the Andalusian coast, Murcia and Valencia.
Day 10:
Arrival at the marina of Marina Denia in Denia, province of Alicante. Disembarkation.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (spanish)

You will always try to navigate with maritime conditions that are acceptably good so as not to take any risks, both for the crew and for the boat. The date of departure and, above all, the date of arrival is indicative, it would be necessary to give about 2 or 3 more days of margin, also including accommodation on the ship. There is the possibility of disembarking at La Línea (Gibraltar) or in Barbate.
It is required to have done navigations on the high seas for more than one day.
