Ruta de la Sal - Denia version.

The Salt Route Regatta is a popular regatta (you don't need experience) for shipowners and crews, similar to popular races, which has been held since 1989 during Easter and which has become a must to travel to Ibiza every year during these dates.

This is an ideal recreational, festival-sporting event to enjoy a different Easter holiday by participating in a regatta.

Boarding Wednesday in Denia. Possibility to embark on Thursday morning.

Disembarkation: in Denia on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.

Wednesday

From 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Participant registration in the sports office and safety/measurement controls.

21:00 — Buffet dinner welcome at the Balandros Restaurant for all crews.

Thursday

Early in the morning, breakfast in the tent of the Real Club Náutico de Dénia.

10:00 a.m. — Meeting of employers.

14:00 h - Departure from Denia (Alicante): The sailboats will sail from Denia to Sant Antoni de Portmany in Ibiza.

Islands of Formentera, Tagomago and Ibiza on the port side.

Laggard crew members have until 12 to board.

Friday

Sailing on the high seas: an experience in which competition and coexistence between crew members will leave no one indifferent.

Saturday

8:00 h- 22:00 h — Reception for sailors in the regatta village.

10:00 a.m. — End of time limit. Free day to visit the island.

12:00 h — Press conference with the winners of the regatta at the Sant Antoni de Portmany Yacht Club.

13:00 h- 14:00 h Toast with the winners in the Village.

8:00 p.m. — Trophy ceremony in the tent of the Paseo Maritimo de Sant Antônio de Portmany.

Next — Closing dinner for all crews at the Es Nàutic Restaurant.

Sunday
At
dawn we set sail on our sailboat to Denia.

Monday

You can spend the night on the ships and disembark on Monday morning. End of the trip and return home.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

You need to have a federal license (basically to have insurance).

385€ are paid on shipment for provisions, fuel, mooring costs and Professional Skipper.

The price includes:

Commemorative t-shirt, access to the buffet or welcome meal, food on board, mooring and anchoring costs, professional skipper, fuel, insurance, final cleaning, and access to dinner.
