Sail during the Formentera Jazz Festival

Getting on a sailboat to Formentera is always a satisfaction. If we do it at the beginning of June, the pleasure is double for several reasons. But these days it is also TRIPLE, because we also have JAZZ.

The weather at this time is usually good, and the beaches and coves are still quiet tourists. Music always has a main space reserved on a sailboat, and attending this Jazz Festival in Formentera is a real privilege that will surely be hard to forget.

Plan

Day 1. We meet at Port Olimpic in Barcelona to organize the ship and make purchases. With everything ready, we will start sailing to Ibiza.

Day 2. After spending the night in the sea we will arrive to an Ibiza cove to anchor, eat, rest and enjoy the surroundings and look for or prepare the anchorage to spend the night.

Day 3. This Saturday we will sail to Formentera to anchor the boat in a good place from which to disembark ashore and enjoy the evening jazz concerts.

Day 4. We will wake up calmly and we will prepare the boat and the group for the return navigation that we will begin in the afternoon.

Day 5. We will arrive at Port Olimpic in Barcelona in the afternoon.

Other information

A minimum of 4 crew members is needed to carry out the activity.

It will try to get a mooring (difficult and expensive on the dates of the jazz festival) or a buoy to leave the boat in a safer area.
The option of anchoring in a good place and disembarking with auxiliary pneumatics is always there.
