Sailing Cruise to Menorca for San Juan

We will sail on a sailboat between 12 and 14 meters in length, such as a Beneteau Oceanis 40 or Bavaria 45, depending on availability and group size.

The boat is fully equipped with double cabins, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, deck rest area, and all the necessary safety elements for a comfortable and safe journey.

Orientation program (flexible depending on meteorology and group)

Saturday — Departure from Barcelona (16:00 h)

Boarding, crew presentation and safety briefing.

We set sail at dusk for Menorca.

Night cruise under the stars: a magical experience of sailing and conviviality.

Sunday — Arrival to Menorca (north or south zone depending on the wind)

We wake up in front of the island and anchor in a quiet cove, such as Cala Pregonda or Cala Mitjana.

Day of relaxation, swimming and rest after the trip.

Night anchored in the north or south depending on weather conditions.

Monday — Heading to Ciutadella/Start of the Sant Joan festivities

We sail to Ciutadella, where the magic of Sant Joan begins.

Festive atmosphere, riders, music and tradition fill the streets.

Possibility to go ashore to experience the festivities up close and sleep on board that night.

Tuesday and Wednesday — Exploring Menorca

We continue to discover the island:

Southern coves such as Macarella, Trebalúger, Son Saura or Cala Escorxada, with turquoise waters and white sand.

If the wind allows it, we can also sail north: Cavalleria, Fornells or Cala Pilar.

Time to bathe, snorkel, relax and enjoy the sunsets from the boat.

Thursday — Last coves and free navigation

Relaxed day sailing between coves and enjoying the sea.

Peaceful anchorage for dinner on board under the stars.

Friday — Journey back to Barcelona

We set sail early to enjoy the return sailing.

Approximate arrival in Barcelona around 16:00 h.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

What does the sailing trip include?

- Sailboat rental.

- Professional skipper during the sailboat charter

- Moorings at the base port.

- Accident and Civil Liability Insurance.

What is NOT included in the sailing trip?

- Maintenance of the employer

- Food and drinks during the sailing cruise

- Moorings outside the base port

- Any other unspecified service

️ Meals and shared expenses

Food, fuel and external port fees are distributed among the entire crew.

The approximate total cost is 100€ to 150€ per person for the whole week, depending on the number of crew members and the stops made.

We can do the shopping together before we set sail or bring the food already organized.

The route is always adapted to the weather and the group's level of experience.

No previous experience is required; you can participate in sailing or just relax.

The captain (Oriol) is always willing to listen to suggestions and trying to make sure that the whole crew will enjoy themselves. Very good.
The company's boat was fine (as in the photos), but there was no paddle (the only sailboat on the island without a paddle) and the dingi was a dwarf for 8+1 people on the boat.

Fantastic experience totally recommended!!! A wonderful pattern (Oriol) and simple management. Suggestion to increase boat maintenance a little since some equipment was not available, although they had no impact on being able to enjoy it to the fullest!
