The skipper: Roger, 43 years old

We present a trip between islands with a modern and large 16-meter sailboat and a cook included on board!

On Saturday we will meet at 5:00 p.m. at the port of Marina Baotić (Trogir). Then we will receive the purchase of the food for the week that we will have done through the Internet and organize it on board. We will check-in and distribute the cabins. The skipper will explain the details of the trip and life on board. At the end of all the preparations during Saturday afternoon, we will set sail and head to a small island in a navigation of less than 2 hours.

As the route will depend in part on the wind and other factors, the route we have planned covers several islands. The most important are those of Brac, Hvar and Vis. All are full of small coves, charming villages and unique corners.

On Friday afternoon we will return to port and in the afternoon we will go to Trogir, where we will walk through the old town and make the farewell dinner. On Saturday at 08:00 we will leave the ship and end the trip.

HOW IS THE DAY TO DAY
After breakfast at around 09:30, we usually sail a couple of hours to the next corner where we will take a bath and eat. Later we used to navigate another couple of hours to the place where we will spend the night, which are usually some of the beautiful coves of the place or peaceful charming ports. We will also have time to do some excursion.

This whole area has very calm waters, of low waves, perfect circumstance for a relaxed and ideal navigation for those crew members who in other seas would have a tendency to get dizzy.

What we intend is to make distances not too long to make several stops where we can take a bath and sail without any hurry. From experience we know that if we wanted to see too many things, in the end we would spend the day sailing on motor and we would not have enough time to enjoy.

Plan
Port of departure: Marina Baotić, between Trogir and Split and only 15 minutes from the airport of this second town.

First day: Blue Lagoon (Drvenik Veli Island)
On Saturday afternoon we will meet on board the sailboat. We will be shopping for groceries and, at around 6:00 p.m., we will begin sailing to reach Blue Lagoon, on Drvenik Veli Island, where we will anchor.

Second day: Komiza (Vis Island)
We will sail to Vis Island, touring the coast and stopping in the town of Komiza. In this old and beautiful fishing village we will disembark for a walk.

Third day: Pakleni Island and Hvar
During this day we will move along the coast of the island of Vis, visiting the blue cave and the beach of Stiniva. On our way to Hvar we will pass through the Veli Budik lagoon, from where we will sail to Palmizana Island. There we will spend the night in a beautiful marina connected to the town of Hvar in 10 minutes by taxi-boats. In the afternoon we will walk through this picturesque town and enjoy its lively nightlife.

Fourth day: Vrboska (Hvar Island)
We will continue our navigation along the North coast of the island of Hvar, an area full of small coves where we can enjoy a peaceful bath. We will also make a visit to the Golden Horn beach, on the Island of Brac. During the afternoon we will return to the island of Hvar to spend the night in the village of Vrboska or, if we prefer, in a small cove nearby.

Fifth day: Povlja (Brac Island)
We will coast north of Hvar and stop at a cove, where we will take a bath and before jumping back to Brac Island, where we will spend the night in a quiet bay near the town of Povlja.

Sixth day: Brac Island
We will continue our journey through the northern part of Brac Island. On the way we can stop at a cove on the west coast. We will eat and then we will sail towards Bobovisce Bay, where we will anchor and visit its striking town.

Seventh day: Trogir
We will embark on our way back to Trogir. On the way we will stop to eat and bathe in one of the bays of the west coast of Brac. During the afternoon we will complete the navigation until we reach the base port and we will say goodbye to this beautiful trip sharing a last dinner in the old town of Trogir.

Eighth day: End of the trip
We will leave the sailboat at 08.00h, except for those who sign up to continue the trip on the Kornati Islands. Split airport is only 15 minutes away and you can arrive by taxi.
