Sailing on a sailboat is a gift for the senses, a direct and open encounter with a surprising and authentic Mediterranean. Now you have the opportunity to explore Menorca aboard a sailboat with this weekly charter that starts and ends from Mahón.
Due to the large amount of natural resources, the rough sea, its beautiful crystalline beaches and the immense cliffs, Menorca is an ideal destination for holidays. Now you have the opportunity to discover the island by sailboat with a skipper who is a great connoisseur of the island, and who will bring you closer to anchor in the beautiful coves and take advantage of the best moments for sailing.
It is not necessary to have previous experience, the navigations will always be coastal, calm and pleasant. Forecasting the weather will allow us a perfect planning to find the safest area for navigation.
For greater comfort, we offer the possibility that you send us a list of supplies (food, drink and others) to have them on the ship at embarkation and to better optimize time.
Availability during the months of June, July, August, September and October.

The weather forecasts arrive a week in advance to be able to decide a possible route that will be modified on the fly and on the pace of travel that you want to take. The estimated program will be as follows:

    Saturday:
Landing at Mahón airport, from where we will take a taxi to go to the Port (about ten minutes). Boarding will take place after 4:00 p.m. On board we will make the presentations and then we will proceed to know the sailboat. We will review and coordinate the purchase of supplies for the elaboration of the menus. Taking into account the weather forecast, we will decide where to start the route; If it is clockwise, we will still have time for a first bath at Illa de l'Aire. After that we will choose the anchorages: Cala de Binibèquer, Cala de Biniparratx, Cala Canutells (with prior reservation of the buoy), Calescoves, Cala en Porter (with the sunset from Coves d'en Xoroi).

    Sunday:
After breakfast, we will continue through the anchorages of Binigaus, Punta Rabiosa (where you can enjoy a cave psychobloc), Cala Escorxada, Cala Trebalúger (and its fantastic stream), Cala Mitjana, Cala Galdana, Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta , Cala des Talaier (beautiful) and Cala Son Saura

    Monday:
We will leave the South Coast, arriving in Ciutadella (prior mooring reservation)

    Tuesday:
We will head towards the North Coast, specifically to the Cala de Algaiarens.

    Wednesday:
We will visit Cala Pregonda, Bahía de Fornells, Cala Tosqueta, Cala Pudent and we will arrive at the port of Addaia (reserving the mooring)

    Thursday:
In the morning we will pass the Cape of Favaritx to go to its coves: Cala Presili, Illa Colom (reserving a buoy), Cala Tamarells, Sa Torreta, Es Grau and s'Albufera.

    Friday:
During the morning we can do a trekking along the "camí de cavalls", visiting s'Albufera and bathing in one of its fabulous coves. We will eat and head towards Mahón to arrive in the afternoon. We will moor in port and have a farewell dinner

    Saturday:
We will have an early breakfast and disembark at 10.00 in the morning, putting an end to the journey.

Boat details

Without a doubt, doing a sailing charter with an experienced skipper (Rubén) who combines the work of cook and dishwasher is a gift for all the senses, a direct and open encounter with an always surprising and authentic Mediterranean Sea.

To participate in a charter it is not necessary to have previous experience. The Skipper will always select coastal, calm and pleasant navigations. The advance of the meteorological forecasts allows us a perfect planning where to find the most comfortable area for navigation and anchoring. The charter is designed to enjoy maximum comfort and rest, Rubén is in charge of supervising the navigation, looking for the best anchorage, cooking exquisite food and washing dishes.

To reserve the sailboat, make a video call with Rubén to see the interior of the Julieta and the skipper, ask about the availability of the desired week and book the flights at the best price.

The Julieta is a First 41 s5, a twelve-meter long sailboat with a vintage spirit, designed by Phillipe Starck in 1991. In 2020 it was fully restored. An interior equipped with three double cabins, two bathrooms, kitchen, card table and large dining room. Outside we find a solarium, a barbecue and more amenities. The Julieta is the ideal size to accommodate 4 people: for a family with two children, for two married couples or for four good friends.
