Boarding takes place on the first day at 2:00 p.m. at the Lavrion Marina port. Disembarkation takes place on the last day at the same point around 9:00 a.m.
LEARN TO NAVIGATE
During this week you can also learn to sail. We develop the didactic program of the Royal Yachting Association: RYA Competent Crew. A totally practical training!
NAVIGATION TO KEA
We started sailing the Cyclades with an easy day. We left the Lavrion marina and arrived on the island of Kea. This short passage (15 NM) will allow us to get used to the yacht and the dynamics of the crew.
FROM KEA TO SERIFOS
From Kea, we pass through Kythonos, stop for lunch and sail further to enjoy one of the many fabulous approaches in the Cyclades - the east side of the island of Serifos. We head to Livadi, which is a safe harbor, with a dock and yacht facilities. Above Livadi, there is a small hillside village, from where we will enjoy a great sunset view.
STOP IN MILOS
The cliffs of the island of Milos are a perfect stop for a refreshing swim just before entering its old port.
The port of Milos is built inside a volcanic caldera (if this isn't crazy, I don't know what it is!), Formed by the penetration of the sea into the volcanic crater. We will get an idea of the size of the boiler while we enjoy relaxing moments in a cafe with a magnificent view. Sunsets on the Greek islands are always breathtaking! After this experience, we will walk and socialize on the yachts, preparing the logistics for the night passage from Milos-Santorini the next day.
NAVIGATION TO SANTORINI
We leave for Santorini in the afternoon and sail all night. Naturally, the entire crew takes turns observing and helping navigate the ship. A blanket of stars in the open sea could not be more beautiful! It is a wonderful way to enjoy the night!
Arriving in Santorini in the morning, we have the whole day to explore. We will visit the volcanic cone. That night we went out to dinner with one of the best views in the entire Aegean Sea! It is definitely a highlight of sailing in the Cyclades!
PARTY IN IOS
Ios is halfway between Santorini and Naxos. We anchor in one of the bays, gather the yachts and let the best moments come! Remember to bring music instruments!
NAXOS
Following the shores of Ios, we sail towards the greenest island in the Cyclades: Naxos. There are green valleys to explore on scooters, a marina with facilities, and the city to go out. Paradise isn't it?
The east side of Naxos rises to 1008 meters above sea level. However, the west side slowly slopes down to the sea, presenting fertile land and great views. For example, the ruins of ancient temples.
RETURN TO KEA
From Naxos we return to our home marina in Kea. It's another night of sailing with incredible views! In the morning, we arrive at one of the secluded bays on the island of Kea to enjoy breakfast before heading home.
