Sailing trips in the Croatian islands.

Many beautiful islands, bays, konobas (traditional taverns), and island villages are waiting to be discovered by us. We have been sailing in Croatia for over 25 years; benefit from our extensive knowledge of the area.

On our trips in Croatia, we start in Sukosan, Trogir/Split or Pula and return there as well.
This means we can start in Istria, Central and Southern Dalmatia.
Starting locations: Pula / Sukosan / Trogir / Dubrovnik

Our sailing trips are "active participation sailing", which means that most of the work on board is done together, including steering, sail trim, anchoring, etc.

Sailing takes place on comfortable Lagoon 39 // 40 // 42 // 440 catamarans.
For example, the Lagoon 440 offers plenty of space and comfort and is extensively equipped for long journeys.
There are 3 spacious double cabins available for guests, each with its own shower and toilet.
However, other yachts can also be used, which then have 4 double cabins for guests.

Our skipper team: Our skippers are experienced and reliable, possessing not only excellent sailing skills but also extensive knowledge of the region. They are fluent in German and are always available to answer your questions and explain the sailing procedures.

    Safety on board

Safety is our top priority. All yachts are equipped with modern safety equipment, and every trip begins with a safety briefing. Our skippers are highly trained and will ensure you feel safe and comfortable during your time on board.
In the summer we travel in Croatia and sail from Marina Kaštela mainly around Dalmatia with its dreamlike islands.

Arrival and departure to Marina Kaštela near Trogir are independent.

The comfortable Lagoon 440 catamaran is just right for you.
Whether you're an adventurous family, a couple in love, a solo traveler, or simply good friends who want to experience something together – the Lagoon 440 catamaran is the perfect choice if, like us, you love nature, the sea, the waves, and the sun, and are looking forward to sailing and having a great time.

Three spacious double cabins are available for guests, each with its own shower and toilet. A maximum of six guests participate in these trips, making life on board more relaxed and less crowded.

Each cabin is equipped with 220V sockets and USB ports for charging mobile devices. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The large trampoline on deck invites you to relax and enjoy yourself – ensuring that every sailor gets their money's worth.

Other information
The skipper for this activity speaks german. To participate you must speak one of the languages spoken on board.

Per person in the bow cabin from €599* to €799 depending on the season // *plus contribution to the onboard kitty.
Per person in the aft cabin €699* to €899* // depending on the season // *plus contribution to the onboard kitty.

If there is interest, the price will be discussed and adjusted with the skipper.

Additional costs at the start of the trip

The ship's cash box
At the start of the trip, a kitty will be set up. This kitty will cover shared expenses such as harbor and mooring fees (approximately two nights per week in a marina or harbor), diesel fuel, and purchases of food and drinks.
This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner – especially if we spend the night in a bay, for example.

The ship's kitty is separate from the charter price or the price per berth. It is managed by a crew member (not the skipper).
At the start of the trip, an initial contribution of €150 per person is sufficient. If necessary, the onboard kitty will be replenished by the crew during the week without the skipper's involvement.

On average, you can expect to pay around €150 per week per person (variations are possible). If the full amount is not needed, the remainder will be refunded at the end of the trip.

to eat out
If dinner is eaten in a restaurant or konoba, each guest pays for themselves – these expenses are not part of the ship's kitty.

The skipper will be provided with meals by the crew throughout the entire trip (Saturday 4:00 PM to Saturday 9:00 AM) both on board and in the restaurant – this is customary and counts as a free place.

Additional fixed costs on the ship
Final cleaning, bed linen, security deposit insurance, tourist tax, Wi-Fi etc.: €99 per person per week.
This amount must be handed over in cash (euros) to the skipper directly on board the ship at the start of the trip. He will forward the money to the charter company or may have already made the payments.

Water fun on board
For water fun, snorkeling equipment, our dinghy with an 8 hp engine, and two SUP paddleboards are available. The SUPs can be used for a small fee.

Bath and hand towels
You don't need to bring your own hand and bath towels – they will already be freshly laid out for you in your cabin.

bed linen
Save space in your luggage for the truly important things: Freshly laundered bed linen is provided by us. When you arrive on board, your bunks will already be made up.

Extra costs / Onboard kitty
The following costs must be paid in cash directly on board the ship and will be settled via the ship's common kitty:

– Basecharge
– Surety bond insurance
– Port fees en route
– Fuel
– Final cleaning
– Use of SUP paddleboards

I've been fortunate enough to be able to turn one of my hobbies into a career. That's why I've been working full-time in the yacht charter, crewed sailing, and sailing training sectors for over 30 years. During this time, I've been able to serve thousands of guests. I'm grateful for what has been, for the most part, a wonderful time.

Booking was easy and my questions were answered promptly. The sailing trip from March 21st to 28th, departing from Sukosan, was perfectly organized by skipper Franzl. We learned a lot about seamanship, and the social aspect on board was also well-maintained. I'm looking forward to the next trip – I highly recommend it!
