Sailing to Sardinia from Badalona

IMPORTANT: departure from Badalona and end of the trip in Alghero, Sardinia.

Trip of 7 days, 6 nights, clearly divided into 2 very different parts. For the most daring, lovers of sailing and who want to experience a high-altitude voyage.

Alghero is a Sardinian-Catalan town, known by many as the most beautiful town on the entire island. It would be inexcusable not to contemplate one of its sunsets.

We will pass through places like Bosa, the Gulf of Oristano or even San Giovanni di Sinis, ending our journey in Alghero.

Plan

Boarding in Badalona and beginning of our navigation.

We will leave the Port of Badalona, to travel the 282Mn that separate us from Algher, the first stop on our trip.

After having rested, we will continue, now more calmly, and combining leisurely sailing, with bathing in coves, towards the west of the island. We will pass through Bosa, a town crossed by the Temo River, the only navigable river in all of Sardinia. You will love its houses with soft colors, their wrought iron balconies, or the old part.

The furthest south that we will reach will be the Gulf of Oristano, and if the sea allows us, we will stop at San Giovanni di Sinis, at the end of the peninsula that it forms, and from there we will return to Algher where we will say goodbye.

Other information

Guaranteed trip with a minimum of 4 people
We speak Spanish, Catalan, Italian and English. We will share double cabins. To be by the boat, it is important to wear closed shoes and if possible, with white soles. The itineraries are indicative and may vary depending on the weather conditions and at the discretion of the skipper who is responsible for the safety of the crew. Guests are requested to bring flexible, non-rolling luggage bags.

There have been a few precious days of crossing to Sardenya, in the first half of August 2023. I value the nautical knowledge of the skipper, Alfons, along with the utmost prudence, culture and good manners, with the entire crew. We would have liked to sail more under sail, but the weather did not recommend it. Bon vaixell!
