Sailing trip Canary Islands - Madeira

A voyage setting sail from the island of Hierro, heading to the Wild Islands to later arrive at Madeira, from where we will begin the return to Barcelona.

We will sail with a Bavaria 50 sailboat that has five double cabins and three bathrooms, skippered by a Professional Skipper with more than twenty years of experience.

Ideal for those lovers of the sea, who want to perfect their knowledge of nautical, sail trimming, and try themselves on a voyage of several days of continuous navigation.

Plan

We will embark on the island of Hierro on Friday afternoon, heading to the Savage Islands, a small natural refuge for marine animals, where only the Portuguese forest guards who take care of the island live.

Later, we will head to the island of Madeira, to spend some day there and get to know it a little.

From there, our new direction will be the final destination of our return trip to Barcelona, making some stops to be determined along the way.

Our scheduled arrival in Barcelona will occur about 15 days after setting sail.

We must take into account the expenses not included, given that we will make a common boat among the crew for this, and that we could approximately quantify per person:
● Fuel (100-200€).
● Ports (20-50€).
● Flight.
● Food on board (50-100€).
Maximum 8 crew members per stage. Limited places.

I am a yacht captain and professional skipper with more than 10 years of experience and many miles navigated through the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Caribbean, and since 2014 I have collaborated with nautical schools as theory teacher, and instructor of navigation practices in sports qualifications.
