Then you've come to the right place on our tour from St. Martin to the BVI.

The BVI is unique. As a former pirate base, this area is a little secret of nature. An oasis for the Caribbean lover who loves both. Lonely beaches surrounded by tropical nature or lively beach clubs that offer exquisite delicacies. A moderate trade wind without big waves and, above all, the short distances allow us to explore many of the 60 dazzling white palm islands. The coral reefs with their colorful underwater landscapes invite you to snorkel, while the shores are lined with colorful beach bars serving Caribbean serenity and exotic drinks.
The BVI is one of the safest areas in the Caribbean. The islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Cooper Island, Norman Island, Peter Island, Anegada, Jost van Dyke and many other islands extend around the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

The Leeward Islands are a sailor's paradise. However, we can only do a few as our destination is the BVI. In the area surrounding St. Martin are the islands of St. Barths, Anquilla, St. Kitts, Nevis and Barbuda. Each island is a separate state made up of different cultures. Here too, we can expect fantastic anchorage bays, white sandy beaches and tropical forests in an area that could hardly be more varied.

Ideal for sailing and discovering islands. Snorkeling, swimming and letting the sun shine on your stomach. A BBQ on the beach and a cocktail at sunset are the highlights of the trip.

Our beautiful GALINI is a very fast, large and comfortable yacht. She crossed the Atlantic in December and spent the winter in the Caribbean.
She is a modern Hanse 575 with 4 double cabins and a skipper's cabin. Each cabin has its own bathroom with electric toilet. Wi-Fi via Starlink, multi media, air conditioning, generator 220 V / 7 KW, (230 V in all cabins) washing machine and Nespresso machine. Solar panels, radar, AIS, a watermaker, hydraulic bathing platform and a dinghy with electric outboard motor. Excessive security and navigation equipment and much more, i.e. everything you need to be self-sufficient without having to go to a supply port.
A yacht that meets the highest requirements for safety, design, sailing characteristics and comfort.

Let's meet in St. Martin, get in the mood, get to know each other and GALINI, make the final preparations and decide together what we want to do, depending on the wind and interests.
The tour starts and ends on the island of St. Martin.
The final route will be determined by us based on wind and preferences.
You can be part of the crew and actively participate. Safety and instruction in sailing are a given. At the end of the sailing trip, a nautical mileage confirmation will be issued.
The boat offers a lot of space, so that with 8 people we have enough space and opportunities to retreat. Galini is the Greek word for serenity. This is also important to us for the spirit on board! :-)

Other information

*On-board cash: Expect to pay around €200 - €300 per person/week. For final cleaning, diesel, bed linen, towels, meals, clearing in and out of different countries, port fees, buoys and national park fees. The skipper is exempt from paying into the on-board cash register and is provided with meals.

The large cockpit offers enough space for pleasant gatherings and long conversations with a breathtaking panoramic view. On the sundeck you can be by yourself, take the time to read a book or enjoy the nature around you. The skipper's cabin has its own entrance. Even if you are supported by a professional crew, you have your privacy.
