This summer you will be able to see the unique event of the total solar eclipse in Mallorca aboard a historic sailboat.

From the boat you can observe the eclipse away from lights, roads and buildings, as experienced by ancient sailors and astronomers. The oldest active ship in the Spanish fleet (1841) offers to see this show on board. It will not be a simple tour, sailing in silence across the Mediterranean, surrounded by history, nature and a sky that transforms before your eyes. A sensory and once-in-a-lifetime journey, which only happens once every 360/400 years.

You will sail out to open waters from Puerto de Andratx and witness the total solar eclipse, a spectacle that will not be seen in Mallorca for centuries, accompanied by a toast and tapas when the light returns.

    Sharing the Sunset Tour with my family on the 1841 sailing ship, meticulously restored with great care and attention to detail, was a truly unique experience. Sailing along the coast of Palma Bay, watching the sunset, and seeing the illuminated buildings was wonderful.     An incredible experience to enjoy the sunset and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The entire cabin crew was very friendly and attentive throughout the trip. I highly recommend this trip on one of the Balearic Islands' most historic sailboats to anyone who has the opportunity; it's truly unforgettable.
