Preparations for the 2027 season are in full swing, and there are once again numerous sailing trips on the Baltic Sea available for you to join, be a part of, or simply enjoy. Spend a few days getting to know the sea or simply getting back out on the water. Whether you're an experienced sailor or a complete beginner, we welcome you aboard and look forward to a wonderful time at sea, and in some cases, even in Scandinavia.

From Greifswald we set course for Bornholm.

The Danish island in the middle of the Baltic Sea is known for its rocky northern coast, small harbor towns, and its unique blend of Scandinavian landscape and maritime life. After a few days exploring the island, we sail back to Greifswald.

Period: June 4, 2027 to June 11, 2027 (7 days)
Start and finish: Greifswald
Route: Greifswald – Bornholm – Greifswald

From Greifswald to Bornholm – a week of sailing on the Baltic Sea

Which ports we visit on Bornholm depends on the wind and weather. Possible stops include Rønne, Allinge, Gudhjem, or Nexø. Besides the longer passages across the Baltic Sea, there will be time for shore excursions, evenings spent together on board, and exploring the island.

We'll shape our sailing day together. Everyone will be involved in navigation, sailing maneuvers, and ship handling according to their experience and interests. Sailing experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. The trip is suitable for beginners as well as experienced sailors who want to log sea miles and explore a diverse Baltic Sea sailing area.

At the beginning of June, the days are long and conditions on the Baltic Sea are often pleasant. Nevertheless, wind and weather can change quickly. The exact route and the length of the individual stages will therefore be adjusted to the current conditions.

Sailing will take place on a 43-foot Beneteau Oceanis. The yacht has three double cabins and one cabin with bunk beds. It offers ample space for spending time together on board and good sailing characteristics for longer passages across the Baltic Sea.

My sailing and sports boat school is in the middle of Berlin. Here you will learn to sail, drive a motorboat and radio, as well as prepare for a trip on the high seas.
I have been passionately running the sailing school with my team since 2006.

A great sailing and water sports school. I obtained my SBF-See, SBF-Binnen/Segel and UBI/SRC here. Friendly, patient trainers who use their experience and skills to get you to the required exam level. Despite the training, there is still plenty of fun and they take the time to respond to special requests/concerns. I would love to come back here to broaden my maritime horizons.

The theory compact course (in my case SBF Inland) is really very good and prepares you ideally for the exam and beyond.
I also really liked the friendly trainers during the practical training sessions. This meant I was able to pass both exams straight away.

Very good preparation for the exam and future sailing experiences. You can see that all the trainers are very passionate about what they do.
There are always reports of experiences and additional theoretical background on all exam-relevant topics, so that you feel very well prepared the first time you are alone on the boat.

I just did my SBF inland sailing/motor here.
Great people, pleasant atmosphere. The teachers are easy-going, but still competent and can show you what is important when sailing.
If you don't feel completely confident with certain maneuvers, just ask. There is no rigid curriculum that has to be followed. You can decide for yourself where you need more practice.
As you gain experience, you will spend some time on board with just other students. This helps you to feel responsible for the boat and the maneuvers and to coordinate with the other students. But don't worry, a boat with a teacher is always nearby if something goes wrong or you have any questions.
