Sailing trip from Roda de Berà to La Línea de la Concepción

Sailboat trip, one way, from Roda de Berà (near Barcelona) to La Línea de la Concepción, in Cádiz.

It will be between 3 and 4 days of navigation with a possible stopover in Cartagena.

We will alternate coastal and open sea navigation, day and night, aboard a magnificent 62-foot Beneteau Oceanis with four cabins.

We have two professional captains on board for everyone's peace of mind, but here we will all be captains for a few hours each day, with mandatory guard shifts both day and night. Thus, we will learn the secrets of live navigation.

Departure from Roda on Monday around 7 am with arrival on Wednesday or Thursday at La Línea.

Possible intermediate stopover in Cartagena. The trip is sure to happen because there are already 5 of us confirmed.

Other information

Extra expenses not included:
- Meal. We will buy what is necessary before leaving; For this reason, we should be on board on Sunday afternoon. We will make a common fund for it.
- Ports. The exit is free. The arrival fee and the possible stopover in Cartagena are not included.
- Fuel. It can vary greatly depending on the wind. The trip is about 500 miles, if it were all motorized it would be 500 liters, this is very unlikely, the normal thing would be 50 liters per person.
We will make a deposit of 100 euros before setting sail, to cover these port and fuel costs.
