Discover the Chiloé Archipelago (Chile) in 3 days sailing …

Sailing from the large island of Chiloé you access the inland sea of the archipelago with hundreds of islands, each with a unique history and landscapes. We will define the route in this labyrinth of canals according to the wind and the tide. Every day is different in Chiloé.

We will navigate through narrow channels of beautiful nature, which take us to lost coastal towns full of legends and warm inhabitants, who offer us their catch of the day, with which we will put together the menu of freshly collected oysters, crabs and clams.

It is a very calm navigation, since there are no waves in the channels and we always sail very close to the coast.

Chiloé awaits you with its four seasons in the day.

Plan

There are 3 days of navigation:

Day 1:
We pick you up at the Castro airport (at noon), to take you to the sailboat, which is waiting for you ready to set sail towards the island of Quihui through the Lemuy channel.

Day 2:
We sail through the Chaulinec channel with a stop at Apiao Island to take a ride in the dinghy through the island's inner channel. To land in the afternoon on the island of Mechuque / Butachauques Archipelago

Day 3:
We tour the town and set sail for the town of Dalcahue where we will find the great fair that brings together artisans from all over the Archipelago.
From there we can take you to the airport which is 15 minutes away.

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (spanish)

Only closed groups, the value is for the entire boat, maximum 6 crew members.

The meal menu will be agreed upon with the passengers (in case there are food restrictions or allergies).
The Value DOES NOT include alcoholic beverages.
Passengers must have current health insurance and declare illnesses, if applicable.

Boat details

The sailboat is specially equipped for exploration and tourist voyages, it has 3 rooms: In the PoPa with 4 beds and a large bathroom with a hot shower and in the Bow with 2 beds and a bathroom, in addition to the Captain's room with two beds: total 6+2 beds.
It has a large kitchen, a 300-liter refrigerator, Dickinson heating and a large covered cockpit especially for the area.

It is a certified boat and equipped with all the security measures required by the Chilean Navy for ocean crossings.
