Getaria is a charming fishing town where you can spend a day and end it with a nice SAILING TRIP.

Nestled between two beautiful beaches, it has a small peninsula (El Ratón de Getaria), perfect for going for a morning walk.

You can enjoy fish freshly caught from the Cantabrian Sea in one of the restaurants in the area, accompanied by local white wine, called "txakoli".

In addition, it is the birthplace of the famous fashion designer Balenciaga and you can visit the museum in his honor.

To end the day, what better than taking a sailboat ride and getting to know the Basque coast from another perspective.

    Arrival: Getaria Marina.

    Schedule: according to reservation.

    Depending on the weather, wind and what the client/skipper establishes, we will sail towards the Zumaia area (flysh) or the Zarauz area (Moiarri iron ore loading dock).

    We can also organize a longer departure to Donosti although this would last 4 hours.

    We will visit the coast and observe the wonderful Biosphere Reserve; Flysch. You will never see this beauty better than from the sea.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (english and spanish)

Although the boat is dispatched for 10 people plus skipper, for a more comfortable ride we recommend a maximum of 8 people plus skipper.
