Take your browsing to the next level. This course is specifically designed for sailors with previous knowledge or nautical qualifications who want to master the use of special sails and optimize the performance of a cruiser-regatta sailboat such as our Dehler 38.
High Level Technical Training
Under the supervision of a long-time instructor, we will focus on technique and crew coordination:
☆ Carrier Sails: Practical lifting, lowering, crimping and trimming with Gennaker and Code 0 (as long as conditions permit).
☆ Genoa configuration: Optimization of the flow and shape of the sail according to the direction and intensity of the wind.
☆ Active Rotation: All participants (maximum 7 adults) will rotate for each position: cane, piano and necks, ensuring 360º learning.
☆ Sensory Navigation: Learn to feel the boat, listening only to the wind and the waves, without motor noises, for a total connection with the crew.
