You learn to sail by sailing and that is why we propose a journey with a unique technical and educational character, where in addition to enjoying sailing and the different places of the North of the peninsula, you will develop your nautical skills.
Setting sail from the Galician port of A Coruña, you will reach the Cantabrian capital, Santander after going up the Atlantic-Cantabrian coast. To do this, the crew will participate in each and every aspect of navigation, with the aim of developing on board and reaching new levels of confidence and technique for their future voyages and maritime experiences.
The crossing will take place in a 34-foot vessel prepared for cabotage and high altitude. It is the ideal boat for improvement and modernization, being a good base on which to move on to similar lengths and trips.
In this experience you will train and practice:
- Planning, calculation, control and execution of navigation and piloting.
- Life on board management.
- Port and navigation maneuvers.
- Planning and management of guards.
- Night navigation.
- Navigation and sail trimming.
- Machine navigation and control.
The miles will be conveniently certified if required for the acquisition of a specific nautical title (RYA, PPER, etc.).
