As professionals, we place great value on quality, individuality and flexibility. All trips are only sailed by experienced, certified skippers (at least SSS) or by myself (skipper SHS). We prepare you optimally for each exam through intensive maneuver training. We also deal in detail with the topics of the oral exams on board so that you are well prepared.
For quality reasons, there are a maximum of 5 test participants on board.

Our training and examination trips usually take place in the waters of the Croatian Adriatic (Funtana). The routes to the respective marinas therefore remain manageable.

We set new specials every year and always try to offer something interesting and unforgettable: Caribbean, Azores, Baltic Sea;

    The entire material of the SBF-See is assumed to be known and must be repeated independently before the start of the trip (navigation in the nautical chart, buoys, lighthouses, seamanship, maritime law, basic knowledge of the weather).

    As a professional instructor, I attach great importance to high-quality, success-oriented and committed SKS training. The training days during the SKS trips start early and end late, so that all participants have enough time for individual training in all the required maneuvers. To ensure quality during the SKS training and exam trips, a maximum of 5 exam participants are on board.

    ARRIVAL TO THE TRIP:
    By the way, nothing beats a relaxed and calm start to your trip. Arriving the day before, having a cozy dinner and then spending the night in a comfortable holiday apartment makes the start of your trip much more relaxed!

Other information
The skipper for this activity speaks english, german and italian. To participate you must speak one of the languages spoken on board.

The course is held in German.

When selecting charter and training yachts, we pay attention to first-class maintenance, high safety standards, suitability for training and suitable navigational equipment!

All our trips can be booked as exclusive trips for an additional charge, with a maximum of 4 participants

The German Sportküstenschifferschein (SKS) is valid in Spain and entitles you to sail in Spanish coastal waters. The SKS contains the "International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft" and is internationally recognized.

In Spain, the following regulations apply to German boat licenses:
* Sports Boating License Sea (SBF Sea): Valid within sight of the coast.
* Sport Coastal Skipper License (SKS): Valid up to 30 nautical miles from the coast.
* Inland Sports Boating License (SBF Inland): Valid up to 3 nautical miles from the coast.

    I took a sailing course for the SKS license in Croatia at the end of July / beginning of August and I am absolutely thrilled! Our sailing instructor Peter was extremely committed to ensuring that we not only understood the theory but also learned all the practical maneuvers in the shortest possible time. His passion for sailing was impressive. Despite the intensive training, we had a lot of fun and a great time. The entire organization of the course was excellent and the Croatian coast provided a breathtaking backdrop for our training. At the end of the course we took the SKS exam, which was the perfect finale to this educational and exciting week. I can recommend this course to anyone who wants to get an SKS license. Thank you for this great experience!

    I booked the trip - the competent skipper - deliberately because I had taken a long "break from sailing" and my sailing skills were a little "rusty". My expectations were more than exceeded. Peter managed to get me fit and highly motivated again after a week of sailing. I was able to gain new confidence and will continue. The week was really great and so thank you very much!!!

    I did the training trip for competent skippers with Peter. I learned so much this week, you can see how passionate he is about sailing ⛵️. Questions are answered at any time and after this week the learning curve has risen steeply. My conclusion: if you want to be prepared for chartering on your own, you are in the best hands here. In short, great, I would do it again anytime.
