The entire material of the SBF-See is assumed to be known and must be repeated independently before the start of the trip (navigation in the nautical chart, buoys, lighthouses, seamanship, maritime law, basic knowledge of the weather).

The training days during the SKS trips start early and end late, so that all participants have enough time for individual training in all the required maneuvers. To ensure quality during the SKS training and exam trips, a maximum of 5 exam participants are on board.
