The 16-hour sailing practices enable your recreational title (PNB, PER, PY or CY) to govern sailboats. They are carried out in two days in a sailing regime, with a stop in port every 4 hours of navigation.

From the PNB to Yacht Captain, the practices are the same and you will only do them once, that is, if they are done with the PER for example, they do not have to be done again for higher degrees, in this way when obtaining a new title, this one will already be enabled for sailing.
