Sailing holiday in Greece: from Skiathos to Sounion and Poros

July 11-18: from Skiathos, queen of the Sporades to Sounion and Poros, true jewels of the Gulf of Athens

A week of intense sailing during which we will discover some of the many wonderful beaches and bays of Skiathos. We will enter the Gulf of Volos which offers idyllic anchorages, we will coast the enchanting Evia ((Evvoia ): a large island largely wild and excluded from the usual tourist routes.
Driven by the Meltemi, we will descend into protected waters, rich in safe anchorages and history and arrive at Halkhida, the united capital
to the mainland by a drawbridge with its impressive fortress. From there a good wind blows us
We'll fly across the Saronic Gulf. Here we'll stop in the Bay of Sounio, dominated by the spectacular Temple of Poseidon. A lovely sail will take us to one of the most beautiful Greek islands, Poros, the queen of the Saronic Gulf, overlooking the Peloponnese and surrounded by other delightful islands and bays.
