With his boat Giada, he has sailed primarily in the Mediterranean, but with other boats also in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Indonesia, and French Polynesia. In Greece, he has visited over 100 islands, including the Ionian, Cyclades, Dodecanese, Sporades, and the Saronic Gulf, sailing along the Peloponnese, Attica, and the Chalkidiki peninsula. After reaching the Balearics, he has circumnavigated Minorca, Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera, and Cabrera. He has sailed along the coasts of Tunisia, Turkey, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia. He has circumnavigated Sicily, Corsica, Sardinia, Ustica, the Aeolian Islands, and the Aegadian Islands. He has explored every corner of the Tyrrhenian Sea, including the Tuscan, Pontine, and Neapolitan archipelagos.
