Embarkation takes place at 17:00 on the first day in Longyearbyen, where the crew is welcomed on board and introduced to the vessel and expedition plan. Shortly after departure, we begin our Arctic sailing safari — a unique combination of exploration, wildlife observation, and immersive sailing in one of the most remote regions of the world.
During the voyage, the route remains flexible and weather‑dependent, allowing us to choose the most rewarding destinations based on ice conditions, visibility, and wildlife activity. Depending on the conditions and the preferences of the crew, we may visit some of Svalbard’s most iconic and spectacular locations, including:
- Barentsburg, Pyramiden and Skansbukta – historic settlements that tell the story of human presence in the High Arctic;
- Nordenskiöldbreen, Sveabreen and Tempelfjorden – impressive glaciers and dramatic icy landscapes;
- Ekmanfjorden, Petuniabukta, Kapp Wijk and surrounding fjords – remote bays known for their raw beauty, silence, and opportunities for wildlife encounters.
Each day offers the chance to experience Svalbard from the best possible perspective — from the deck of a sailing yacht. Shore visits, dinghy landings, glacier cruising, and wildlife observation are planned in full compliance with local regulations and always adapted to safety considerations.
After completing our Arctic exploration, we sail back to Longyearbyen, where disembarkation is scheduled for 09:00 on the final day.
This voyage is designed for those seeking more than a standard cruise — it is an authentic Arctic adventure, combining seamanship, nature, and discovery in one of the last truly wild places on Earth.
