Sailing trip from Saint Martin to Línea de la Concepción. It will be about 23 days of navigation, covering approximately 2,500 miles.

It is a fantastic high-altitude sailing trip, much more authentic than going to the Caribbean. We will arrive in Horta (Azores), a mecca for ocean sailors with the famous Peter's Bar, which no self-respecting sailor can miss visiting at least once in their life. This journey will last about 14 days. From there, and after a 3-day stop to visit the island, we will continue to Línea de la Concepción in Spain, in a journey of approximately 6 days.

We will sail aboard an ultra-modern 62-foot Oceanis, with unbeatable design and finishes, comfortable, safe, at the level of the most demanding. A luxury at an unbeatable price. You do not need a great experience in navigation, but you do need a great desire to learn and collaborate in everything that implies a great experience on the high seas.

  • Plan
To the trip it is necessary to add expenses of diesel, moorings and food. The diesel will depend on the wind and we hope that we will have to use the engine little, but just in case it costs 150/250 euros. The moorings will be those of the departure, possible in the Azores and the arrival, account 30 euros per day. The food depends on what you want, we buy it together and you pay what you get, it can be 12 euros per day. You also have to add the final cleaning, which is 150 euros in total to be divided among everyone who comes. A Deposit will also be required: €250 per person, refundable at the end of the journey.

It was a really great experience.
I learned many things in different fields: boat management and navigation in various conditions, meteorology, sail tuning, meal organization, etc. Alfonso was always availble to share a lot of information and experience.
And the boat "HIPPO V" was large, robust and well equipped.
