Explore the Caribbean together... Our beautiful GALINI is a very fast, large and comfortable yacht. She crosses the Atlantic with the ARC in December and spends the winter there. In January we would like to explore the Lesser Antilles in a relaxed manner, experience beautiful sailing days and enjoy wonderful bays. On the way we would like to find the places where "Pirates of the Caribbean" was filmed and explore great places together.

Plan

We meet in Grenada, get in the mood, get to know each other and GALINI, make the final preparations and set course for the Grenadines and Tobago Cays.
The boat offers enough space so that we, with 8 people, have enough space and opportunities to retreat. Galini is the Greek word for serenity. This is also important to us for the spirit on board! :-)
The plan is to go to the beautiful Grenadines. We don't have any stress and can also plan excursions on land. Of course we are in many beautiful bays for swimming, snorkeling and to enjoy a few nice cold drinks. The Windward Islands are very promising as a sailing area. A constant trade wind, no overcrowded bays, but snow-white palm islands, fresh fish, coral reefs with colorful underwater world, whales, dolphins, turtles. On land, cheerful, colorful houses, everything a little playful, Caribbean serenity, exotic drinks and food.
In other words, have a nice sail, explore the islands. Snorkeling, fishing, swimming, letting the sun shine on your stomach on the beach. Enjoy a barbecue on the beach and the sunset with a cocktail. And in a great group, what more could you want!?
You are part of the crew and can actively participate, safety and sailing instructions are a given and at the end of the trip there is a confirmation of nautical miles.
At the end we are back in Grenada and everyone can plan their further trip or fly home from the nearby airport.

Other information

+ On-board cash of approx. 200 - 250€ per person per week for groceries, shopping, port fees, diesel etc. The skipper is usually provided for according to the old tradition.

GALINI is the Greek word for serenity. It represents a comfortable and outstanding experience. GALINI gives you a spacious feeling, a quiet atmosphere and offers the freedom you need for your activities. Nevertheless, she is fast, sporty and has great sailing performance. Designed by Volvo Ocean Race Designers, she is the fastest yacht in her class.

The large cockpit offers enough space for pleasant gatherings and long conversations with a breathtaking panoramic view. On the sundeck you can be by yourself, take the time to read a book or enjoy the nature around you. The skipper's cabin has its own entrance. Even if you are supported by a professional crew, you have your privacy.

The yacht is a modern Hanse 575. It has 4 double cabins and a cabin for the skipper. Each cabin has its own bathroom with electric toilet. Starlink, Multi Media, Air Conditioning, Generator, 230V in all cabins and Nespresso coffee machine. Solar panels, radar, AIS, watermaker, washing machine, bathing platform and a dinghy with electric outboard motor. Comprehensive safety and navigation equipment as well as many other equipment that you need to be self-sufficient.
