Day 1: reception at 7:00 p.m. at the Club Náutico de Castellón. Dinner on board: Indonesian cuisine consisting of 14 dishes.
Day 2: departure to the Columbretes Islands at 8:00 a.m. Expected arrival at 2:00 p.m. Guided tour with the biologists of the island in the afternoon, where they will explain the history of the island, its volcanic past and biological activity. Dinner on board: Fondue Bourguignonne, with 4 cream sauces and variants.
Day 3: departure to the Ebro Delta at 8:00 a.m. Arrival in the afternoon at Bahía de los Alfaques. We will visit the Musclarium where a specialized team will explain the farming of oysters and mussels, their history and the current situation.
Optional: lunch in the Musclarium. Dinner on board: Valencian Paella.
Day 4: In the morning, visit the Laguna de la Encanyissada on foot (watching of wild fauna). Afternoon: walking tour of Laguna de la Tancada (flamingo sighting). Dinner on board: Fondue Savoyarde with three cheeses.
Day 5: Departure to the north of the Delta where we will visit the Badía Viewpoint and the Les Barques Cemetery. Dinner on board: Baked rice.
Day 6: Departure to Peñiscola at 8:00 a.m. Arrival around 2:00 p.m. We will visit the Castle of Papa Luna, a fortress built by the Templars in the 13th century on the remains of an Arab Alcaza and visit the old town. Dinner on board: Cous-Cous.
Day 7: Departure to Castellón, passing through Oropesa. Dinner on board at the Castellón Yacht Club: Coques del Forat.
Day 8: Check-out at 9:00 a.m. in Castellón.
