Adventure offered by Carlos y Aroa

Contact
On this trip we will sail to the westernmost islands of the Canary archipelago. The trip will combine days of navigation with days on the islands to see their interior.

From the south of Tenerife, we will cross to the island of La Gomera, on a journey of about 25 - 30 miles, and sailing through the area declared Whale Heritage, where we will surely be able to see a group of tropical pilot whales.

In La Gomera we will stop one day, in the Port of San Sebastián, to enter the interior of the island, where the Garajonay National Park is located, with incredible ancient Laurisilva forests.

From La Gomera we will sail to the Island of La Palma, on a 50-mile journey to the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma. In La Palma, you will have 2 days to organize visits to the interior, visit the Laurisilva forests, the Roque de Los Muchachos, at 2,500m altitude, enjoy the volcanic landscapes of the volcano route, or discover the numerous natural pools , and the volcanic beaches of the island.

From the island of La Palma, we will sail back to Tenerife, with the idea of anchoring on the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, in front of the Masca ravine.

It will be a trip to learn about sailing and to get to know this incredible destination.

Boat details

More than a sailboat, this boat is a home for us and our guests. It is cozy and with comfortable spaces.
The sailboat is 13.30 meters long. It has 4 cabins. Two of them with a double bed, one with a double bed and an additional bed, and one with 2 bunk beds.
It has a spacious living room inside, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with a hot shower.

Its outdoor spaces are perfect to enjoy long days at sea. Relax in the bow hanging from a hammock, or sit in the bathtub looking for a bit of shade at lunchtime.
It is a perfect boat to sail in different conditions, learn and have fun.

It was a great experience sailing with Carlos y Aroa and I would would strongly reccomend sailing with them. I felt very welcome safe and comfortable throughout the holiday and nothing was too much trouble. When not sailing we enjoyed hiking and other events that we all enjoyed. The Azores are fantastic too.
