Kos North route, the itinerary will be chosen according to the wind, sailing north when comfortable and sailing downwind in a southerly direction.
The islands we propose to discover are the following: Kos, Kalimnos, Leros, Fourni, Arki, Agatonisi Lipsi, Levitha, Ikaria, Agatonisi, Levitha
The itinerary may vary depending on sea conditions.
NATURE OBSERVATION: observe every aspect of nature, from the effect of how the sea has shaped the coast, to the way plants organize themselves to make life possible, what activities they perform and how wild animals (goats, fish, insects, etc.) move, to understand their principles.
- EXPLORATION ON LAND: explore on foot the mountainous areas along the coast and inland of the islands or reach beaches where anchoring is not possible and admire their beauty.
- PEOPLE: meet and exchange with people who have always lived on the islands to share experiences and mutual support.
- CONNECTION BREATH: breathing practices synchronized with the movement of the sea, the waves and the perception of different types of wind.
- CENTERING AND BALANCE: static balance positions in a dynamic environment, using the body with mastery to seek balance in a dynamic environment, acroyoga, Slackline.
- MEDITATION: meditative floating and freediving to develop a connection with everything thanks to the body's resonance with water.
- FORAGING: Identifying and collecting wild plants and fruits from the Mediterranean scrub, experimenting with and perfecting activities that develop individual and group autonomy, encouraging the exploration of places that are difficult to reach with basic equipment and extending their exploration time.
