Get ready to set sail on our most daring sailboat, from Punta Arenas, that city that opens the doors to the end of the world and Antarctica.
We will sail through the Strait of Magellan, a passage with history in every wave. The crossing will be a pleasure, although we will always have to be alert to the katabatic winds, which can arrive without warning and test us as we cross the Tierra del Fuego channels.
During the day, we will sail among small ice floes floating in the water, and at night, we will drop anchor in coves and bays. You will see glaciers such as the imposing Garibaldi, with its walls of ice and rock that will leave you speechless. In the Pía fjord, the glaciers plummet into the water with force, offering us a natural spectacle. In addition, we will explore the forests of Chilean Patagonia, where each trail will lead us to discover something new. We will anchor at strategic points and embark on our zodiac to explore further. We will take walks that will allow you to enter nature in a unique way.
Throughout our journey, you will be accompanied by an incredible variety of marine fauna: humpback whales crossing the water, southern and Chilean dolphins playing around the sailboat, and sea lions resting on the rocks. We will also have the opportunity to observe Magellanic penguins in their coastal colonies, along with seabirds such as albatrosses, petrels and cormorants flying overhead.
We will continue our route eastwards, sailing through the channels and fjords of the coast, until we reach the legendary Navarino Island. For the grand finale, we will arrive at Puerto Williams, the southernmost town in the world. Here you will be able to explore the place and learn about the culture and traditions of the Yaganes, the indigenous peoples of the region.
This trip is a total immersion in nature in its purest and wildest form. Between ancient ice and unique biodiversity, you will live an experience that you will remember forever.
