Planning the trip:
Day 1
We meet at 3:00 p.m. We will make an introduction of what these days of crossing will be and we will give a complete review of the sailboat. We will review the weather forecast and finally carry out a provisioning purchase. At approximately 8:00 p.m. we will leave.
Day 2
High altitude crossing to Sardinia.
Day 3
We arrive at La Pelosa, a place known for having one of the most famous and impressive beaches in all of Sardinia.
Day 4.
From La Pelosa we will sail through the Gulf of Asinara until we reach the beautiful medieval town of Castelsardo. We will spend the night moored in its port.
Day 5
Early in the morning, we will head to the Strait of Bonifacio to anchor in Porto Liscia. This place is known for its great natural beauty, its strong winds and for being the land of the Lestirgones according to Homer's Odyssey.
Day 6
We will depart from the Strait of Bonifacio to anchor in the northeast part of the island. We will sail to Isola Tavolara, a small island located near Olbia. Its recognizable silhouette rises steeply to 560 meters above sea level. It is famous for its extraordinary beauty and for being considered the smallest kingdom in the world.
Day 7
We will set sail from Tavolara in the morning to reach Olbia at noon, putting an end to our journey.
