Take part in the Salt Route from Denia/Valencia

I have a Farr 40 regatta sailboat and I want to share it to participate in La Ruta de la Sal.

I'm looking for a crew that wants to have fun. The Salt Route is not a very demanding regatta and you don't need to have a lot of experience as a race crew member. More important is the desire to learn and gain experience.

The regatta leaves Denia on Thursday, April 2, although, whoever wishes, can participate the previous weekend in transporting the boat from Valencia to Denia. The return is made on Sunday passing through Denia and arriving in Valencia on Sunday the 5th, in the evening.

Plan

Wednesday:

Welcome dinner at the Denia Yacht Club.

Thursday:

Departure from the race at 14 hours.

Friday:

Arrival in San Antonio de Portmany, Ibiza, depending on wind conditions.

Saturday:

The regatta organizes activities on the island for the participants, as well as a trophy dinner.

Sunday:

In the morning we leave early to arrive in Denia at noon and we continue to arrive in Valencia in the late afternoon.

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (spanish)

It's about participating in the regatta, sharing the boat, the experience, the knowledge and enjoying it all.

Farr 40, a regatta sailboat completely built in carbon by the Belliure shipyards in 1989 under plans by Bruce Farr, I found it a little over a year ago and have undergone a total restoration process. Very fast and docile. Eminently bargaining boat, but with some amenities to make it comfortable.
