Adventure offered by Stephan

Our adventure begins on Saturday in Poros – our home port, which we know particularly well. After boarding, introductions, and a safety briefing, we'll set sail south. This trip is intentionally flexible: the distances between the islands and the coast are short, the possibilities are numerous – and we, as a crew, will decide together where we sail.

Hydra, only about 10 nautical miles away, welcomes us with one of Greece's most beautiful natural harbors – a car-free island where time seems to have stood still. The uninhabited island of Dokos offers secluded bays for anchoring, swimming, and snorkeling in absolute tranquility. Further south lie Ermioni and Spetses with their sheltered bays and fragrant pine forests stretching right to the water's edge. From Porto Heli, a side trip to Nafplio is possible – Greece's first capital city with its impressive Palamidi Fortress.

Depending on the wind and the crew's mood, we'll sail further south along the Peloponnese coast or enjoy an extra day swimming in one of the countless bays. At the end of the week, we'll return to Poros – a homecoming in the truest sense.

With us, you're not an anonymous guest on a standard route, but part of a real crew exploring new horizons together. We're not a typical charter company that sails the same tour every week. Instead, we sail together, experience authentic boat life, and embrace the adventure the sea has in store for us.

Sailing area: The Saronic and Argolic Gulfs are among the most relaxed and varied sailing areas in the entire Mediterranean. Sheltered by the Peloponnese, the Meltemi wind blows here much more gently than in the open Aegean Sea – typically 3–4 Beaufort. The islands and coastal towns are close together, and typical daily legs are only 5 to 20 nautical miles.

Wind & Climate: August brings high summer temperatures (air: Ø 30–36°C, water: Ø 26–27°C). The Meltemi wind blows considerably milder in the Saronic Gulf than in the open Aegean Sea – typically 3–4 Beaufort. Rain is practically nonexistent in August.

  • Plan
The adventure begins near Athens on Poros. Here, you can explore the island and its beautiful bays before the cruise. After a thorough safety briefing, we cast off and plan the route together, based on the wind and crew's wishes.
Typical stops include Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Aegina, and the hidden coves in between. Swimming stops, shore excursions, shopping at markets, or a tech break on the boat… every day is different!
We spend the night at anchor or in the harbor, enjoying life on board with good food and conversation – directly overlooking the water.

    We travel the world

Want more than just sailing? We'll take care of the technical aspects of the onboard, and you can lend a hand if you'd like. Every trip is unique, full of surprises, unplanned experiences, and relaxing days on deck.

    Wind & Climate
From May to October: plenty of sunshine, air temperatures generally between 26–33°C, warm, clean water. Winds from the southwest or southeast (3–5 Bft), and the sea remains calm thanks to land cover – ideal for relaxed island hopping without the Meltemi storm.

Every day I am thankful for this beautiful life. I would like to share that. Normally, as an organizational developer, I accompany companies in change processes. When it comes to sailing, I want to contribute to making this adventure more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Boat details

Our yacht, a Hanse, stands for a comfortable and outstanding experience. It gives you a feeling of spaciousness, a calm atmosphere and offers the freedom you need for your activities. Nevertheless, it is fast, sporty and has great sailing performance. It was designed by Volvo Ocean Race Designers and is the fastest yacht in its class.

The large cockpit offers enough space for pleasant get-togethers and long conversations with a breathtaking panoramic view. On the sun deck you can be alone, take the time to read a book or enjoy the nature around you. The skipper's cabin has its own entrance. Even if you are supported by a professional crew, you still have your privacy.

The yacht is a modern Hanse 575. It has 4 double cabins and a cabin for the skipper. Each cabin has its own bathroom with electric toilet. Starlink, multi media, air conditioning, generator, 230 V in all cabins and Nespresso coffee machine. Solar panels, radar, AIS, watermaker, washing machine, bathing platform and a dinghy with an electrically powered outboard motor. Comprehensive safety and navigation equipment as well as many other equipment that you need to be self-sufficient.
The perfect yacht that meets the highest standards of safety, design, sailing characteristics and comfort.
