Do you want something different for New Year's Eve? I suggest you take a sailing trip to the Bay of Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, to arrive at the port on New Year's Eve and to say goodbye to the new year in a different environment, where there will be no shortage of good dinner in the company of interesting people, music, and of course, the champagne and the grapes to welcome the new year, all in a healthy environment and eager to experience something different.

On January 1st, we can go to visit Cape Formentor by transport, and after lunch we can head back to Barcelona.

Surely it is a plan for many of you who will be tired of repeating the same thing every year, including myself.

    Tuesday afternoon we will meet on the sailboat to introduce ourselves and get settled in the cabins. The sailboat will have already been loaded by me beforehand with food, drinks and fuel, to make the trip more comfortable for all participants. Around 19:00 we will head to Mallorca (always respecting the weather forecasts).



    Arrival on Wednesday around 15:00 in Mallorca. There will always be a difference if wind and wave benefit us or harm us. Stroll and relax around the town of Pollença, then return to the sailboat to have dinner on board with music, talk and good company. I'm sure there will be no shortage of anecdotes and laughs during New Year's Eve, where we'll say goodbye to the year with grapes and champagne.



    On January 1st we can take a walk to visit Cape Formentor and welcome the new year seeing the breathtaking views from the Lighthouse. In the afternoon we will head back to Barcelona for a night of sailing and arriving in Barcelona the next day between 16:00 and 18:00 in the afternoon.

The skipper for this activity speaks catalan, english and spanish. To participate you must speak one of the languages spoken on board.

We will make a 110 euro boat for the costs of food and drinks on board, mooring and fuel.

    Domingo is friendly, but the journey was lacking. We miss the functions of an ordinary cook. The trip was offered with this included and his tasks, which were taken over by the boss, were limited to defrosting 4 meals (he did not prepare breakfast or dinner). Tb, deficiencies with respect to the knowledge of the coves.

    The experience in Menorca was nice and the captain was close, although the cleanliness was a point to improve: bathrooms, kitchen and living room were barely serviced, and one day flies even appeared for not picking up food. It would also be good to organize meals better and to be updated in the choice of coves.
