Pollença Bay Regatta from Barcelona

In this next edition the Bahia de Pollença Regatta celebrates its XXVI anniversary. With scheduled departure from Port Ginesta, in Barcelona, and arrival in front of the Real Club Náutico de Port de Pollença, it presents a route of 104 nautical miles, which includes the crossing of the Balearic Sea and access to Mallorca through the imposing Cape Formentor.

As always, the regatta coincides with the Second Easter, a work holiday in Barcelona, so a good part of the fleet has a long bridge to enjoy sailing and the wonderful coves in the north of Mallorca.

We will participate aboard our sailboat Bénéteau - First 42s7.

PROGRAM:

THURSDAY (optional):
16:30h - Departure from Port Olimpic in Barcelona to Port Ginesta.
7:30 p.m. - Arrival at Port Ginesta.

FRIDAY, IN PORT GINESTA:
09:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Formalization of registration, delivery of documentation and Captain's bag.
2:00 p.m. - Skippers' meeting.
4:00 p.m. - Regatta departure.

SATURDAY, AT RCN PORT DE POLLENÇA:
23:59h - Limit time for the arrival of boats.

SUNDAY, AT RCN PORT DE POLLENÇA:
1:00 p.m. - Trophy presentation.
1:30 p.m. - Barbecue for all crews.
6:00 p.m. - Departure of the boat to Port Olimpic in Barcelona.

MONDAY (HOLIDAY, SECOND EASTER):
Arrival at Port Olimpic before 1:00 p.m.
