Friday:
We arrived at the port of Castellón and boarded the catamaran. Crew presentation and cabin organization. Dinner can be done on the same boat or go to one of the restaurants in the port. After dinner we go to sleep on the boat.
Saturday:
The skipper will get up at 5 in the morning to set sail for Columbretes, on a 30-mile journey that we will cover in approximately 5 hours. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise while seeing the archipelago's skyline on the horizon.
Around 10:00 in the morning we will be entering the bay formed in the crater of Isla Grossa. The natural park has free buoys where we can moor. We will try to arrive in time for the guided tour of the island, which lasts approximately an hour and a half. Once back on the boat we can take the opportunity to have an aperitif and do a small dive where it is possible to see groupers, barracudas, golds...
At 15:00, time to eat and regain strength. After lunch, those who need it can take a nap or take the opportunity to take a ride across the sea to the island in paddle surf or dive again.
When night falls, we turn on the barbecue to make a good grill. If the sky is clear, you can enjoy spectacular skies and have fun exploring the stars and seeing a multitude of shooting stars. After dinner and while we have a drink, a lively conversation about nautical adventures is sure to arise until the body endures.
Sunday:
I'm sure we slept a little longer than the day before. We will be woken up by the seagulls, who seem to be arguing in a market stall. After breakfast, if the day before we don't arrive in time to visit the island, we'll take the opportunity to do it now.
Around 12:00, we will leave the buoy and go on to visit the rest of the islands with the boat and head to Castellón. As the journey will take place during the day, it is very likely that the dolphins will visit us and play in the bow of our ship.
Arrival in Castellón around 18:00. Kisses, hugs... What a great time we had! Until the next adventure.
