Côte d'Azur: Sailing and Culture

6 days of sailing together along the coast – relaxed, flexible and with real seamanship.

We primarily sail daily legs of between approximately 10 and 25 nautical miles, depending on wind and weather. Since we want to make optimal use of the thermal sea breeze, we usually set sail around 11 a.m.

These trips are also suitable for beginners: it's not a traditional sailing course, but rather "learning by doing." Anyone who wants to can actively participate in sailing, practice maneuvers, take the helm, and learn the basics of yacht sailing. The skipper accompanies and explains the first steps practically on board.

We usually spend the night in the harbor – with the exception of the last night, which we spend at anchor to experience the special feeling of a quiet bay under a starry sky.

Cultural activities on land can be organized individually – everyone designs their free time according to their own taste.

Individual arrival in Cannes, boarding of the yacht, meeting the crew and safety briefing.

So – Cannes – Cannes (Esterel)
Acclimatization cruise along the Esterel Massif with its striking red rocks. Return to Cannes.

Mon – Cannes – Antibes
Coastal sailing towards Antibes, first longer leg with active participation of the crew.

The – Antibes – Monaco
Sailing along the Côte d'Azur to Monaco – challenging navigation in one of the busiest areas of the region.

Mi – Monaco – Monaco
Day trip from Monaco or free time – depending on weather and berth availability.

Thu – Monaco – Nice
Continue to Nice with magnificent views of the coastal landscape.

Fri – Nice – Anchor
Depending on conditions, the return trip towards Cannes with an overnight stay at anchor in a sheltered bay – a special highlight of the trip.

Sat – Anchoring near Cannes / Departure
Return to Cannes, breakfast together and individual departures.

Important instructions

No guarantee of berths. Reservations can usually only be confirmed on the morning of the respective day.

If no berth is available, we will, if possible, sail to nearby alternative ports or suitable anchorages.

Monaco is known to be a bottleneck – Menton is a possible alternative port.

The route and daily stages remain weather-dependent and may be adjusted – safety and seamanship always come first.
