Adventure offered by Annalisa

This program is designed for those who want to truly sail and experience the sea as a central part of their vacation. It's not just a simple island hopping, but a voyage where wind, sea, and route truly matter and shape the days.

The boat is the starting and ending point of every experience: you sail, you anchor at anchor, you spend a lot of time on the water, and you live aboard with simplicity. You encounter the islands from the sea, one at a time, alternating stops in wild places with more inhabited passages, without losing the sense of the journey.

It's a vacation perfect for those who love the open sea, appreciate the value of sailing, and want to feel that every mile traveled has meaning, letting the wind and conditions guide the journey. Various boarding options are available:
• Cabin charter: shared double cabin
Booking a bed in a double cabin, shared with another guest of the same gender.
• Double cabin for single use
Book your cabin for exclusive use, with a 40% discount on the second rate.
• Exclusive boat
Charter the entire vessel for a private group of up to six guests, with more advantageous conditions than individual reservations.

We take care of the galley (paid for by the common fund) and the onboard cuisine, paying particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and the pleasure of sharing. Life on board is informal, but with a few rules: after meals, settling in naturally becomes a time for collaboration.

We use porcelain tableware and crystal glassware, a conscious choice to reduce plastic use and enhance even the simplest gestures. For washing, we use seawater wherever possible, followed by a final rinse in fresh water.

Days begin with a Mediterranean breakfast, featuring Greek yogurt, honey, fresh and dried fruit, bread, butter, jams, cheeses, and cured meats. Lunches are light and fresh, inspired by Greek, Italian, and seasonal cuisine, while dinners are a time to savor slowly: raw seafood, grilled fish and meat, fresh vegetable creations, and dishes prepared with local ingredients.

While meals on board are one of the most special moments—eating on board, with the sea all around and the silence of the harbor—we always plan a couple of opportunities to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine in traditional taverns.

Meal times also follow the rhythm of the sea, adapting to routes and weather conditions.

    Day 1 Mykonos → Rineia 8 mn
After boarding in Mykonos around 11:00 a.m. and settling into your cabin, we set sail for Rineia, a wild and uninhabited island, ideal for getting into the holiday mood. Swimming, relaxing, and dining on board give you the feeling of being away from it all. Dinner under the stars. The first night is spent at anchor, a perfect start to our vacation.
    Day 2 Rineia → Paros/Antiparos 28 min
Sail south to the channel separating the iconic islands of Paros and Antiparos. A short stop in the beautiful town of Paros for a stroll along the waterfront and a visit to the Church of One Hundred Gates, one of the most important Byzantine monuments in all of Greece. An afternoon break in beautiful bays with clear waters, such as Soros and Faneromeni, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Spend the night at anchor.
    Day 3 Antiparos → Sifnos 26 min
We'll depart early in the morning to reach the adjacent bays of Faros and Apokofto, at the foot of the Chrisopigi Monastery: turquoise sea and a stark, almost spiritual landscape. We'll anchor for the night in front of Vathy, a small seaside fishing village where we'll dine in a traditional taverna.
    Day 4 Sifnos → Kimolos 11 min
A short crossing takes you to the small island of Kimolos and its beautiful bays: Prassa, with its white sand and emerald waters, Kimolos Bay, from whose beach you can reach the beautiful Chora on foot (10 minutes), Aliki, and Kalamisi (where there is also an excellent taverna where you can dine).
    Day 5 Kimolos → Polyaigos 4 nm
Set sail for the nearby island of Polyaigos, dotted with small bays including Mersini and Black Galatia. A lazy day at sea to explore the beaches and seabed. Spend the night at anchor.
    Day 6 Polyaigos → Milos → Kleftiko 17 minutes
Coastal sailing along Milos, past beaches and bays with unique colors, until reaching Kleftiko in the late afternoon. Spend the night at anchor in one of the most iconic locations in the Cyclades.
    Day 7 Kleftiko → Adamantas 15 min
Morning sail to the beautiful town of Adamantas, the island's main town and ferry port, for disembarkation around 12:00.

Boat details

The boat has a commercial license and has the necessary permits and safety equipment to operate professionally in Greece. It is rigged as a cutter with a double jib to safely handle all the Aegean winds. It has four double cabins with double beds and three bathrooms. At each crew change, the cabins are sanitized and furnished with made beds, bath linens, and beach towels included. All cabins have windows and fans. The bimini top remains open at all times, even when sailing, to protect you from the Greek sun. The cockpit features comfortable cushioned seating and a large table with extendable wings, perfect for dining with a sea view. At the stern, there is a barbecue, the star of evenings on board. All tableware is porcelain and glassware is crystal, to reduce plastic consumption. We practice recycling. We use seawater wherever possible for washing, followed by a final rinse in fresh water.
