Adventure offered by Annalisa

A sailing trip in the Saronic Gulf is a relaxed, accessible, and surprisingly varied vacation. The short distances allow for unhurried sailing, leaving room for daily swimming, stops at anchor, strolls ashore, and moments of relaxation.

It's an ideal experience for those seeking a balanced sea experience: nature, history, and small towns alternate seamlessly, without demanding crossings or a hectic schedule. Days pass between calm waters, sheltered bays, authentic harbors, and islands where time seems to slow down.

A holiday where sailing accompanies, not dominates, and where each day finds its space between sailing, relaxation, and discovery, following the sea and the current conditions.

There are several boarding options available:
• Cabin charter: shared double cabin
Booking a bed in a double cabin, shared with another guest of the same gender.
• Double cabin for single use
Book your cabin for exclusive use, with a 40% discount on the second rate.
• Exclusive boat
Charter the entire vessel for a private group of up to six guests, with more advantageous conditions than individual reservations.

We take care of the galley (paid for by the common fund) and the onboard cuisine, paying particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and the pleasure of sharing. Life on board is informal, but with a few rules: after meals, settling in naturally becomes a time for collaboration.

We use porcelain tableware and crystal glassware, a conscious choice to reduce plastic use and enhance even the simplest gestures. For washing, we use seawater wherever possible, followed by a final rinse in fresh water.

Days begin with a Mediterranean breakfast, featuring Greek yogurt, honey, fresh and dried fruit, bread, butter, jams, cheeses, and cured meats. Lunches are light and fresh, inspired by Greek, Italian, and seasonal cuisine, while dinners are a time to savor slowly: raw seafood, grilled fish and meat, fresh vegetable creations, and dishes prepared with local ingredients.

While meals on board are one of the most special moments—eating on board, with the sea all around and the silence of the harbor—we always plan a couple of opportunities to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine in traditional taverns.

Meal times also follow the rhythm of the sea, adapting to routes and weather conditions.

The Saronic Islands by Sailing, with 2 Skippers and Onboard Cuisine

    Day 1 Aegina → Moni →Agistri 10 nm
Boarding begins at 11:00 a.m., cabin assignments and briefing. Departure for Moni for a nature immersion: clear waters and the scent of pine trees. We'll sail to Agistri, one of the greenest islands in the Saronic, where we'll spend the night at anchor.
    Day 2 Agistri → Epidaurus → Vathy 18 nm
Morning sail to Epidaurus, where history meets the sea. Besides the famous ancient theater (worth a visit), the bay boasts a submerged Roman city: just don a diving mask to see ancient floors, walls, and rooms emerging, like an ancient mosaic preserved by the water. In the afternoon, the volcanic peninsula of Methana awaits. After a swim in the natural thermal waters, where the sea meets mineral-rich hot springs, we'll head to the port of Vathy, with its seaside taverns and relaxed atmosphere. For those who enjoy walking, a scenic trail leads to an ancient volcanic crater.
    Day 3 Methana→Poros → Tselevinia 25 nm
The sail takes us to Poros, one of the most scenic passages of the journey. The narrow stretch of water between the island and the coast is lined with colorful houses, neoclassical buildings, restaurants, and lively cafés. After a brief stop, we continue toward Tselevinia, three small, uninhabited islets with crystal-clear waters, where we'll spend the night at anchor.
    Day 4 Tselevinia → Ermioni → Dokos 20 nm
In the morning, we reach Ermioni in the Peloponnese, a village overlooking the sea, surrounded by fragrant pine trees. It's the ideal place for a stroll along the seafront followed by lunch at a taverna while we stock up on supplies. In the afternoon, we reach Dokos, an island where nature reigns supreme. We spend the night at anchor in Skindos Bay, a large natural pool.
    Day 5 Dokos → Hydra 16 nm
We'll sail through Hydra's southern bays and arrive in the afternoon at Hydra's port: stone houses, cobbled alleys, bougainvillea, and a timeless, elegant atmosphere. Spend the night in port or at anchor (Hydra or Mandraki). Dinner ashore.
    Day 6 Hydra → Poros 15 nm
Departure for the beautiful bays of Poros where we will spend the night at anchor.
    Day 7 Poros→Agia Marina 14 nm
We'll sail to the turquoise waters of Agia Marina Bay for a final swim, and disembark around 12:00. From here, you can make your own way to the Temple of Aphaea. Nestled in a peaceful pine forest and open to the sea, it offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Saronic Gulf.

Boat details

The boat has a commercial license and has the necessary permits and safety equipment to operate professionally in Greece. It is rigged as a cutter with a double jib to safely handle all the Aegean winds. It has four double cabins with double beds and three bathrooms. At each crew change, the cabins are sanitized and furnished with made beds, bath linens, and beach towels included. All cabins have windows and fans. The bimini top remains open at all times, even when sailing, to protect you from the Greek sun. The cockpit features comfortable cushioned seating and a large table with extendable wings, perfect for dining with a sea view. At the stern, there is a barbecue, the star of evenings on board. All tableware is porcelain and glassware is crystal, to reduce plastic consumption. We practice recycling. We use seawater wherever possible for washing, followed by a final rinse in fresh water.
