The Navigation License (in force since 2014) replaces the "old Titulín". It allows you to carry motorized and sailing boats, up to 6 meters in length, and jet skis.

Without power limit, during the day and up to a distance of 2 miles from any direction of a port, marina or shelter.

It is obtained in a single morning or afternoon and does not require taking any type of exam and is valid throughout the national territory.
It consists of 2 hours of theory (online) + 4 hours of practice on board our boat.
You will learn maritime safety and checks before going to sea, engines, cables, maneuvers, anchoring, surveillance and route control and security maneuvers.

    The theory part will be online, lasting 2 hours.

    A few days before the practice I will send you a link to your email, so you can attend from wherever you want and at your own pace, with your computer or phone.

    The practical part lasts 4 hours and we will do it on board our boat, in Marina Port Valencia.

    Bring comfortable clothing, boat shoes (or shoes with white soles), a hat and sunscreen. Fun is guaranteed!

    This course will be held in the morning (9am to 1pm).
    Remember: Don't forget to bring your psychotechnical certificate on the day of practice, so that your Navigation License can be issued at the end.

Other information
This course is taught in spanish. You must have a sufficient level of this language to be able to follow the course.

Requirements to obtain this License:



- Minimum age 16 years.

- Psychotechnical certificate*.

- Copy of DNI/NIE/ or Passport.



The price includes administrative procedures and issuance of the Navigation License.





The PSYCHOTECHNICAL CERTIFICATE* will be issued to you in the same centers where medical examinations are carried out for driving vehicles, you must indicate that it is for a NAVIGATION LICENSE.



On the day of the course you must come with your DNI /NIE or passport and with the psychotechnical certificate.

    We spent a couple of days at sea well spent, with Daniel as an instructor, he knows how to explain everything related to a sailing boat with rigor and that we have to review from the moment we get on the boat and think about going out to sail, until we dock.
