Private 4-hour sailing course in Alicante

Get to learn to drive a sailboat on your own, feeling safe and prepared to do all the maneuvers.

It is very common that, after obtaining a nautical qualification, one does not feel comfortable enough to navigate with confidence.

If this is your situation, this 4-hour course in Alicante is for you!

This is a practical output in its entirety. We will practice the maneuvers you need, either inside the port (docking and undocking), as well as maneuvers under sail (tacking, gybing, understanding how sails work, etc...).

The goal is that you can do everything guided by an instructor who will tell you how to proceed. And repeat it as many times as you need until you feel safe.

Plan

For 4 hours and on board a Sun Odyssey 42, you will be able to practice all the maneuvers you need with a private sailing instructor, for you.

This course does not have a specific program. Being a private course, it will be 100% adapted to your level and needs.

The idea is that, when you finish the class, you feel more qualified to rent a boat on your own or to take your own boat (or that of an acquaintance).

The schedule can be adapted to the interest of the student, always subject to the availability of the boat and instructor (check your dates and times of interest to confirm).

Other information

All crew members are welcome, even if they do not know the language spoken on board (spanish)

The course consists of 4 hours during one day. It is a private course for one person but, if you want to bring companions, you can do so, up to a maximum of four people on board (not counting the instructor) at no additional cost.

If you are interested in the course lasting more than one day, contact privately to agree on a price, depending on the days to be reserved.

Meals and drinks on board will be at the student's expense. The instructor must be taken into account for food and drink brought on board. If the student prefers, they can take a break to eat in port.
