RYA Day Skipper and Competent Crew in Sardinia, Italy

The Dayskipper and Competent Crew certificates are internationally known for their high standard and are generally taken at the same time.
The Component Crew allows you to be an integral part of a crew by acquiring the notions and principles of operation of the boat, from sails to the engine, from maneuvers to anchoring. The “Day Skipper” certificate has now become the most accredited international nautical license. The title can be used for commercial purposes if combined with the STCW courses and medical certificate. The course aims to develop and define the knowledge to navigate independently and safely, up to 20 miles from a safe port, assuming responsibility for the unit and the crew.
Being able to do this course in a beautiful place like Sardinia is an added value. Crystal clear water, an infinite number of bays where you can anchor and spend the night.
The high frequency of days with wind allows for pleasant sailing between the islands. Our courses have a maximum of 4 students to ensure the best preparation.
