The boat is a Bavaria 44. It is equipped with everything a sailor's heart desires.
The boat has a safety certificate from the Federal Republic of Germany for the so-called sailing area A. This means that it can be operated commercially worldwide. Only very few ships are allowed to do this. Conversely, this means that it has particularly high safety standards.
Every year the boat is presented for a safety inspection. For this purpose we have it inspected by an inspector. This is certainly comparable to a MOT inspection of a car... only much, much more detailed. An inspection takes about 4 hours.
We do this not to meet any safety requirements, but to offer our guests the highest possible level of safety. To do this, we exceed the requirements in many places.
