Adventure offered by Stephan

Our adventure begins on Saturday in Sardinia. After boarding, introductions, and a safety briefing, we prepare for the long crossing. In the evening, we set sail – heading for Menorca. Around 195 nautical miles lie ahead, a night and a day on the open sea. We familiarize ourselves with the watch system, navigate by the stars, and experience sunrise and sunset at sea.

Arriving in Mahón, we are greeted by one of the world's most impressive natural harbors – six kilometers long, bordered by the mighty La Mola fortress, small islands, and the charming old town. After a rest day, we explore Menorca's famous south coast: the bays of Cala Turqueta, Cala Galdana, and Cala Macarella are among the most beautiful anchorages in the Mediterranean – in October, we are almost alone there, surrounded only by turquoise waters and pine forests. From Ciutadella, with its Gothic old town and picturesque harbor, we take the ferry to Mallorca.

The north coast with the Bay of Alcúdia welcomes us before we experience the spectacular northwest coast along the Serra de Tramuntana – Port de Sóller, the Sa Calobra gorge with the Torrent de Pareis, the Sa Foradada peninsula, and the cliffs near Deià, all seen from the water. Via Port d'Andratx, we finally reach Palma de Mallorca, where our sailing trip ends. Which ports and bays we visit, and how long we stay in each, is decided – just like in real sailing – by the wind, the weather, and the crew together.

For those collecting miles for their next sailing license: Since we'll be crossing the open sea on this trip, you'll log plenty of nautical miles. Of course, we'll issue you an official mileage certificate at the end of the trip.

Our yacht travels the world – and you can join us! With us, you're not an anonymous guest on a standard route, but part of a real crew, discovering new horizons together. We're not a typical charter company that sails the same tour every week. Instead, we sail together, experience authentic boat life, and embrace the adventure the sea has in store for us.

Climb aboard a superbly equipped, lovingly maintained boat and enjoy something special: With us, nothing is off the rack. Every trip is unique – sometimes spontaneous, sometimes planned, always full of surprises. Unplanned experiences are just as much a part of it as relaxing days on deck.

Want more than just a sailing trip? We'll take care of the onboard technology together, and you can lend a hand if you like. You can turn your holiday cruise into a real experience on a long-distance cruising yacht and become part of life at sea.

Our sailing trips combine vacation, adventure, mindfulness, and authentic boating life. Become part of our crew and experience a special time on Galini – authentic, communal, and full of adventure.

Every day I am thankful for this beautiful life. I would like to share that. Normally, as an organizational developer, I accompany companies in change processes. When it comes to sailing, I want to contribute to making this adventure more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Boat details

Our yacht, a Hanse, stands for a comfortable and outstanding experience. It gives you a feeling of spaciousness, a calm atmosphere and offers the freedom you need for your activities. Nevertheless, it is fast, sporty and has great sailing performance. It was designed by Volvo Ocean Race Designers and is the fastest yacht in its class.

The large cockpit offers enough space for pleasant get-togethers and long conversations with a breathtaking panoramic view. On the sun deck you can be alone, take the time to read a book or enjoy the nature around you. The skipper's cabin has its own entrance. Even if you are supported by a professional crew, you still have your privacy.

The yacht is a modern Hanse 575. It has 4 double cabins and a cabin for the skipper. Each cabin has its own bathroom with electric toilet. Starlink, multi media, air conditioning, generator, 230 V in all cabins and Nespresso coffee machine. Solar panels, radar, AIS, watermaker, washing machine, bathing platform and a dinghy with an electrically powered outboard motor. Comprehensive safety and navigation equipment as well as many other equipment that you need to be self-sufficient.
The perfect yacht that meets the highest standards of safety, design, sailing characteristics and comfort.
