Prácticas de Navegación PER en Oliva

Realiza las 16 horas de Prácticas Oficiales de Seguridad y Navegación para la titulación de PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) desde Oliva, Valencia.

Creemos que la mejor forma de aprender a navegar es siendo tú quien lleva el barco. Por eso, durante nuestras prácticas, los alumnos toman el protagonismo al timón, realizan las maniobras y participan activamente en las decisiones a bordo, siempre bajo la supervisión y orientación del instructor.

Nuestro objetivo no es solo completar las horas obligatorias, sino que cada alumno adquiera experiencia real, confianza y autonomía para desenvolverse en el mar con seguridad.

* Seguridad y comprobaciones previas a la salida.
* Planificación de la navegación y meteorología.
* Motores e instalación eléctrica.
* Mantenimiento, contaminación y cabuyería.
* Maniobras de atraque y desatraque.
* Fondeo y vigilancia.
* Maniobra de hombre al agua.
* Actuación ante emergencias y procedimientos de rescate.

Program

1 block. Safety and Pre-Departure Checks

Before setting sail, you will learn how to inspect the boat, check the safety equipment, and verify that everything is ready for the voyage. You will work with life jackets, pyrotechnics, bilge pumping equipment, and other mandatory items, understanding when and how to use them.

2 block. Navigation Planning and Meteorology

You will learn how to plan a passage from the very beginning: interpreting weather forecasts, assessing sea conditions, plotting a course, and calculating distances and travel times. You will also practice risk assessment and decision-making prior to departure and while underway.

3 block. Engines and Electrical System

You will learn about the main components of the engine and the boat's electrical system. You will practice pre-start checks, engine startup and shutdown, as well as identifying potential breakdowns and carrying out the basic checks required for safe sailing.

4 block. Maintenance, Pollution, and Ropework

You will learn basic maintenance tasks on board and best practices to prevent spills and waste in the marine environment. In addition, you will practice the main sailors' knots and line handling, understanding their purpose in mooring, anchoring, and deck work.

5 block. Harbour Maneuvers

One of the moments where you learn the most is inside the port. You will be the one steering the boat during approaches, docking, and undocking, learning to control speed and assess the effects of wind, current, and boat inertia. The goal is for you to gain precision, anticipation, and confidence in confined spaces.

6 block. Anchoring and Watchkeeping

You will learn how to choose a suitable anchorage taking into account the seabed, depth, wind, and surrounding conditions. You will practice dropping and weighing anchor, selecting the length of chain or warp, and performing the necessary checks to ensure the boat remains safely anchored. You will also work on watchkeeping and preventing risk situations.

7 block. Man Overboard Maneuver

You will practice how to react if someone falls overboard, a situation where speed and the ability to maintain control are vital. You will learn how to mark the person's position, perform the approach maneuver, and prepare for recovery on board, keeping the safety of the entire crew in mind.

8 block. Emergencies and rescue procedures

You will learn how to act in various emergency situations, applying the appropriate procedures and utilizing the resources available on board. You will work on crew organization, communication, and decision-making under pressure, as well as the precautions that must be taken during assistance and rescue operations.

This course is taught in spanish. You must have a sufficient level of this language to be able to follow the course.
