Advanced Health Training Update Port of Malaga

In-person course in Malaga, aimed at anyone who needs to update their Advanced Specific Health Training Certificate.
Captains, skippers and officers who are responsible for the navigation watch on vessels required to carry First Aid Kit A or B, as provided for in Royal Decree 258/1999, of 12 February.

Goals:
To update student training for immediate care of sick and injured people on board, first aid and basic nursing techniques, hygiene standards, handling of the ship's first aid kit and radio medical consultation techniques.

Plan

The duration of the course is 16 hours, of which 8 hours are theoretical content and 8 hours are practical content.
The course is 100% face-to-face and attendance is compulsory. Only 10% of the theoretical hours may be missed. The practical part must be completed in its entirety.

Schedule:
09:00 to 18:00 hours

To complete the 16-hour refresher course, your certificate must be valid. If your certificate has expired, you must complete the full 40-hour course again.
