4.1 Comply with emergency procedures.4.2 Precautions to prevent marine pollution.4.3 Occupational safety.4.4 Effective communications on board ships.4.5 Human relations on board.4.6 Fatigue, effects of physical stress factors on seafarers.Regarding the 25-hour practices, the program will be as follows:Practice Module 1 (12 hours)- Donning lifejackets, donning and using an immersion suit, use of a liferaft, and pyrotechnic distress signals.Practice Module 2 (7 hours)- Firefighting using different extinguishing agents, use of portable extinguishers. Firefighting practices including the use of self-contained breathing apparatus.Practice Module 3 (6 hours)- Victim assessment. Asphyxia and cardiac arrest, hemorrhage, shocks, traumas, rescue and transport of an injured person, use of a first aid kit, and radio medical consultation.
